Salesforce extremely supports digital marketing, to understand it, you first need to know about the Salesforce marketing cloud because marketing cloud allows us to talk individually with the customer and also creates the one to one relationship like we have in stores.
Now, clear your confusion that the digital marketing is a type of online marketing. It means its main activities are Email campaigns and paid advertisements among the others. Salesforce CRM is much more than digital marketing.
