The time before the meal is good for meditation because you may feel sleepy after meals. Do not try too much to meditate when you are very hungry. Due to the cramping of hunger, you will have difficulty doing this and you will just think about eating something and will not be able to focus. In this case, you can meditate after two hours of food.

Can we eat before meditating?

Meditation is a kind of action in which a person tries to bring his mind to a particular state of consciousness. The purpose of meditation may be to get benefits or meditation can be a goal in itself. It may be possible to build inner energy or relaxation to our mind, which brings positivity and prosperity in our lives. Meditation is to remove unnecessary imagination and ideas from a mind and go into pure silence. As the person begins to be situated in a moment of any thoughts, imaginations are not affected at all.
