The simplest way to bump a volleyball is to face together with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees bent. Lean forward and place one hand on prime of the opposite, together with your palms up and your thumbs touching. Stretch your arms out and raise them upward to bump the ball.
Follow these steps to hit a perfect volleyball bump:
- Get into position Create a platform with your arms
- Use your legs
- Hit the ball with both arms
- Move to the ball so that it will come down squarely in front of you
- Pass the ball
- Aim the ball
- Keep your eye on the ball after you bump it
