There are "94" district courts in U.S.A which are also known as trial courts. Federal court system in U.S.A has been categorized in three different the circuit court which are the first level of appeal, the district court (trial court) and the Supreme court of United States.
There are 13 circuit courts 94 district court and 1 Supreme Court, courts in the federal system works a bit different as compared to the state courts. Civil cases are the type of cases which are been heard in the federal courts these courts are limited to hear cases which are been authorized by United States Constitution.
