- Locate the one-to-one conversation under the Chats tab.
- To erase the chat, follow these steps:
- On a mobile device, hold down the chat and then tap Delete Conversation.
- On a desktop, right-click the chat and choose Delete Conversation from the menu.
- To be sure, select Delete once more.
Note that deleting a discussion also deletes your copy of the conversation's messages. It will be removed solely for you, not for the other participant.
To end a group discussion, say:
- Locate the group chat under the Chats tab.
- To end the conversation,
- On a mobile device, select Clear conversation after tapping and holding the group chat.
- On a desktop, right-click the group chat and choose Clear Conversation from the menu.
- To end the discussion, select Confirm.
Note: Clearing a chat deletes your copy of the conversation's messages. Only you will have access to it, not the other participants.
