Which bird can fly backwords?

Hummingbirds are the only bird which has special capability of flying backward. These are one of the smallest birds as they are just 7.5 to 13 cm in length and weight around 2.0 grams. They produce a humming sound while flapping their wings that’s the reason they are named as the hummingbird.
