The difference between Hangover and Hangout is:

  • Hangover → A feeling of sickness, headache, and discomfort after drinking too much alcohol.
    • Example: I have a terrible hangover after last night’s party.
  • Hangout → A place where people spend time together or the act of casually meeting up.
    • Example: Let’s hang out at the coffee shop this evening.

So, "hangover" is a consequence of drinking too much, while "hangout" is about socializing or spending time somewhere.
