Who has been appointed as the new deputy governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI)?

Viral Acharya who was previously professor of United States University has now been appointed as new deputy governor of Reserve Bank of India. He is appointed at this post for the period of 3 years, as this post was vacant after the elevation of Urjit Patel who previously appointed at this post.
