 Who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2010?Liu Xiaobo won the Noble Peace Prize in 2010 for his non- violence and his struggle and effort for the fundamental rights in China. The decision of awarding Liu Xiaobo was praised all around the world. He was a literary critic, poet, human rights and activist and a freedom fighter. 

the decision of giving him the award was widely praised by intellectuals and leaders all around the world. There were numbers of countries including Saudi Arabia and Russia also denounced the award and what they regarded as interference in China's domestic affairs.
