Step 3: Fill the application form After selecting the appropriate option, fill in the application form with the required information such as your name, date of birth, PAN number, etc. Ensure that you fill the form correctly and accurately.

Step 4: Payment After filling the application form, you need to make a payment of the required fee. The fee for a duplicate or reprint PAN card is Rs. 107. You can make the payment online using a debit/credit card or net banking.

Step 5: Submit the application form After completing the payment, submit the application form along with the required documents. You can either upload the documents online or send them by post to the relevant address.
