How Can I Write Product Descriptions for Similar Items Without Repeating Myself?

I’m writing descriptions for a product range where the items differ in only a few details: size, material, or a small feature. If I give every item the same structure, the pages feel copied; if I try to make each one sound totally different, the descriptions start to feel forced.

How do you decide which details deserve their own wording and which should stay consistent across the range? I’d especially like to hear how other writers keep product descriptions useful for shoppers without relying on a string of interchangeable adjectives.
