I have a few older articles that still get impressions, but the results for their main queries have shifted. Pages that now rank seem to answer a different question than the one my article was written for.
When search intent changes, is it better to reshape the existing page, or can that damage the value it has already built up? I’d like to hear how people decide what to preserve and what to rewrite, especially when the original article still brings in some useful traffic.
