I’ve had a few posts vanish from different subreddits shortly after submitting them, but I don’t see a removal notice in my inbox. The posts still appear on my profile, which makes it hard to tell whether a moderator removed them, Reddit’s spam filter caught them, or they’re simply waiting in a queue.
Is there a reliable way to check what happened? I’m especially curious whether account age, karma, links, or posting the same question in more than one community can trigger an automatic filter. I don’t want to keep reposting and accidentally make things worse.
