I updated a page title several weeks ago, and the new wording is visible on the page and in my site’s HTML. Google’s search result still shows the old title, though. Is this usually a matter of the page not being recrawled yet, or can something else make Google keep choosing the previous wording?
I’m also curious whether the title shown in search can differ from the one I set even after Google has recrawled the page.
