My Reel has sound in the preview, but after publishing it plays silently—or the music is missing while the original video audio remains. Is this usually related to the track’s availability, the account type, or a setting during upload?
I’m curious whether the result changes between a personal profile and a Page, or when the Reel is uploaded from desktop instead of the Facebook app. If you’ve run into this, what details helped narrow it down?
