My Windows laptop wakes normally, but the two monitors connected through a USB-C dock sometimes stay black. Unplugging and reconnecting the dock usually brings them back, while restarting the laptop also works.
Could this be a display-driver issue, a power-saving setting, or a problem with USB-C dock firmware? I’d like to narrow it down before replacing the dock, especially since both monitors work reliably when the laptop is first connected.
