How Can I Write a Strong Case Study When a Client Won’t Share Exact Results?

A client is happy for me to write about a project, but they won’t approve exact revenue, conversion, or customer figures. I understand why they’re cautious, but I don’t want the case study to read like a vague testimonial with no evidence behind it.

Have you handled this by using percentage ranges, anonymized comparisons, or describing the process and constraints instead of reporting outcomes? I’d like to keep the client case study credible without revealing information they consider confidential.
