Why does the Maratha reservation issue come back again and again?

Because the main demand has never been fully solved. Marathas want to be counted under OBC reservation for jobs and education. Manoj Jarange Patil has led many hunger strikes and marches for this since 2023. Every time, the government gives some small promise, and things calm down for a while. Then it comes back again. This time, Jarange even went to Delhi to support the student protesters, showing how these movements are connecting with each other.
