How to add adult content filter in Twitter?

In short (on Twitter / X):

1. Hide adult (sensitive) content
2. Go to Settings & Privacy
3. Open Privacy and Safety
4. Tap Content you see
5. Turn OFF → Display media that may contain sensitive content

Filter sensitive search results

• Go to Settings & Privacy → Privacy and Safety
• Tap Search settings
• Turn ON → Hide sensitive content
