Why is my LinkedIn post not getting views or engagement?

There can be more than one reason that your LinkedIn post isn’t getting views. One of the most common things is timing and contents style. These social websites have algorithms and they give importance to likes, comments and shares within the next few hours of posting anything. So, if your post isn't getting an early engagement that means the website or the platform simply stops showing it to people.

Adding short videos, photos also is a better method than only a text version on a post. 

3. The engagement also depends on how truthful, genuine and consistent the posts are. Instead of sharing promotional, self centered posts which tend to scroll past, post real experience and lessons that are learned uniquely by you by facing any challenges.  

4. Another point to be noted is that commenting on others posts might increase your visibility, especially before and after you post your own, as LinkedIn rewards participation. 

5. Last but not the least, remember that growth takes time through consistency and not every post will go viral, the algorithm will naturally start to value your voice by data recognition leading it to reach more audience.
