The environmental aspects particularly the pollution affects human health directly. The harmful particles brought by air pollution caused by vehicles, industries and burning of fuels get into the lungs and blood system. Over an extended period of time, occurrence of these pollutants triggers a problem in breathing, heart weakening and exposure to chronic diseases.

Another big issue is the pollution of water. The chemicals or waste offered by contaminated water cause diseases like cholera, diarrhea, and liver damages. Consumption of unclean water every now and then undermines the immune system and children's development. There has to be access to clean water to avoid health-related problems in the long term.

The pollution of soil is also unhealthy. Pesticide and fertilizer chemicals and industrial waste chemically find their way to food crops and become ingested by people. When such food is consumed, one is poisoned, has gastrointestinal problems, and even develops cancer. In the long run, it has the effect of depleting the nutrition and undermining the general health.

Noise pollution is a problem that is commonly ignored and ends up impacting mental and physical health. Poor sleep, stress, and hearing problems are caused by the constant exposure to a loud and noisy flow of traffic or industries. This is resulting over the years into increased heart deficiencies and lowered life quality.

Conclusion

Health is harmed in a variety of ways by pollution, such as respiratory, digestive, and mental. Air, water, soil, and noise pollution are required to solve the problems of population protection. Pollution reduction is collective where good health is guaranteed to both the current and generations.
