Long time ago, big countries like America, England was boss of the world. They have money, army, technology. But now new powers coming like China, India, Russia. They are growing very fast, making new roads, rockets, army, even apps like TikTok.

When new powers rise, old boss feel scared. Like in school, if one kid always top, and new kid start scoring good, old kid get worry. Same happen with countries. New powers want more voice in United Nations, more trade chance, more respect.

China make projects like Belt and Road, giving money and building ports in many country. India make digital tech strong, sending rockets to moon and Mars. This make them strong, not always listening to America. Russia also use power in wars, like in Ukraine.

So balance is changing. Old powers cannot control everything now. They have to share with new powers. Sometimes this make fight, sometimes competition, sometimes teamwork.

Historians and leaders say world is multipolar now, not only one boss. This challenge the dominance of old countries because new ones want to sit on same big table.
