The sudden increase in telecommuting due to the COVID-19 outbreak has had an impact on the modern business environment and given some organizations the opportunity to access people worldwide and save money. It has also brought culture imperialism and eradicated geographical discrimination and discrimination in the business world by embracing diversity producing flexible work environment.

Consumers and companies are changing their behavior with regard to sustainable development becoming one of the most important trends. Today, more companies are incorporating sustainable operation strategies in order to reduce the call for sustainable products. This change in cultural behavior has not only affected the supply chain systems but also impacted on the development of green technologies, all in a bid for sustainability to become the competitive weapon in the international market. Business organizations that do not embrace this change are likely to fade into oblivion given growing awareness of the ecological environment.

Modern technologies and social networks have greatly affected the sphere of marketing and interaction with the public, which offers new ways for development. These days, brands collaborate with influencers and incorporate UGC into campaigns as means of establishing genuine relationships with the audience and embracing the practice.
