5. V. P. SINGH: Vishwanath Pratap Singh was born on 25^th’June,1931 at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India – died on 27^th’November’2008 in New Delhi, India. He implemented the Mandal Commission report for India's backward castes, which led to major protests against the act.
6. CHANDRA SEKHAR: Chandra Shekhar was born on 17^th’April’1927 in Ibrahimpatti, Uttar Pradesh, India – died on 8^th’July’2007 in New Delhi, India. He was the first Indian Prime Minister who had never held any prior government office. His government was formed with the fewest party MPs in the Lok Sabha.
