Recruitment process:
The recruiting process consists of 4 rounds. You can get a referral code from your friends or relatives working in the company; even if you don't have one, you can directly apply from the official portal itself.
Written round:
Written is in online mode only. Your skills will be checked in aptitude, programming, coding round, and email writing.
TCS directly made contact with our university. And the process was easy, as they directly gave us training too. before conducting the exam.
There will be 20 questions that need to be completed in 40 minutes. and each question will have a different weightage. So candidates need to choose based on the weight of the question to crack the exam easily.
You will be given multiple-choice questions, and you can select the language based on the interest that you have. 10-12 questions, and you need to complete them in 20 minutes.
Coding round: You will be given a small project that can be done with skilled coding. With practice and hard work, you can crack this level easily.
Technical round:
Once you clear the written test, you will be promoted to a technical interview, where the relevant skills are checked. Your coding knowledge is very important here. Revision is key before going to this round. as the fear of interview can ruin this.
Managerial round:
This round includes both technical and your presence of mind under pressure situations. Key to passing this round is staying calm, confident, and clear about the thoughts.
HR Round:
The final round of the recruitment process, The interview panel can ask questions regarding your family, location, hobbies, internships, and about relocation. And they can discuss your salary also.
