Although Green spaces in cities are very few but still there will be a plot of land serving it purpose of greenery and atmosphere purification. Parks with greenery are a place where children goes sporty , play in dust and the cool breezes and the open atmosphere cherishes them with calmness bringing chill- feeling to their mind. Green plants purifies air and the one who sits along the green plant feel mental peace and harmony . People meditating , doing yoga in the park can be seen in the metropolitan cities signifying the benefits of nature. In a hectic life of cities where everything run around work it is important to give importance of mental health and balance work and life. In cities where everything run around technology natural resources are very few Green trees growing here and there purifies the atmosphere, gives peace to mind ,and connect us to the nature.It gives a optimistic thought and time to reflect on our inner conscience. It improves mental health by blowing its breezes and giving a fresh air in the city where everywhere is dust. It relieves mind and soul and in a realistic approach it brings freshness thus reducing the stress level.  Children growing in metropolitan cities are very sensitive towards dusts as they don't have resistance towards it. Resistance develops when the children are allow to play in open spaces and allowed to interact with dusts and nature. So Green spaces also gives a place for children to interact with nature and improve the well being of the child.
