The ideal time to sleep for individuals in India , as in many other places , can vary based on personal preferences , work schedules , and lifestyles factors.

However , experts generally recommend aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep per night for adults to ensure adequate rest and overall well-being. It's  also beneficial to maintain a consistent sleep schedule ,going to bed and waking up at roughly the same times each day , to support healthy sleep patterns.
