What to do if my computer is running slow despite having ample RAM?

1.  Check for background processes:- close unnecessary programs and processes running in the background that might be consuming system resources .
2.  Scam for malware :-  perform through antivirus scan to ensure your computer  is not infected with malware , which can significantly slow down performance.
3. Update drivers :- Ensure that your  device driver , especially graphics and  chipset driver , are up to date as outdated drivers can lead to perform issue. 
4. Optimize startup programs :- Disable unnecessary programs starting up with your computer to improve its boot time and overall performance. 
5. Consider hardware upgrade:-  If your computer still run slow , even with ample RAM , you may want to explore upgrading other hardware components such as the CPU or storage for a more noticeable performance boost.
