If you want to recover your Facebook Account, you will have to follow the steps:-

First, go to Google and search for website www.facebook.com , Click on the link and then click on Forgot Password.

Now, The page will ask you to enter your Email id or a Phone number which you usually use for the login. Provide the information to the page. 

Now after entering the information the page will give the options to you like a code via email or SMS on your mobile number.

Now, if you choose code via email, Facebook send the code to your registered Email id or a Number you entered. Simply entered the code on the page.

After entering the code it will ask you to create a password, make a strong password so that it will easy for your safety.

Now if you regain the account just make sure do not forget to enable the Two factor authentication for the extra safety.
