If you want to create a YouTube Channel then you should follow some steps. Its very easy step

Sign in to your Google Account or Create a Account:

• If you have your Account in Google just simply log in you can simply use it for sign in to you tube but if you didn't have first need to create the account.

Go to you tube:

Search for www.youtube.com

Visit YouTube Studio:

• Click on the profile picture to the upper right corner. Then select “Your Channel”.

Create a Channel:

• Now after creating the channel, Click on “Get Started” or “Create Channel”.
• Now enter the name. Its on you either you want to use your name or a custom name.
• Enter your information, including channel name and profile picture including channel logo. 

Customize your Channel:

• Now after making channel, you can add further information like channel description and your social media links.

Upload your Video:

• Now click on customize channel to access all the information.
• Then Click on Upload video button for your video posting. 
• Follow instructions, rules and regulation for the video.
• Add title, description, tags. 

Set Channel Preference:

• Click on "YouTube Studio" and look for the "Settings" section to configure your channel preferences, such as privacy settings, notifications, and advanced channel settings.
