Jammu & Kashmir government has partnered with which country to transform the sheep farming sector?

According to authorities, this year commemorates the 70th anniversary of the two nations' establishment of bilateral relations.

'It provides us with a chance to enhance our connection and our will to build a solid superstructure of a long-term, mutually rewarding commercial connection,' they added.
