You may have heard that a general rule of thumb for small businesses using social media is to publish at least once a day and no more than three times a day on each network. However, there are exceptions, and one of them is Instagram Stories.
Nothing is more important than consistency when it comes to Instagram Stories. Attempt to appear on Stories at least three times every day, with at least three frames submitted in a 24-hour period. Daily Story sharing is far superior to the occasional Story with 10 frames.
The truth is that the optimal number of Stories each day is determined by a variety of criteria, including your industry, your target audience, and the type of material you're producing.
