• Log in to your Facebook account. To access the General Account Settings page, click the 'Arrow' in the upper-right corner of any Facebook page and select 'Settings.'
• At the bottom of the General Account Settings Page, click the 'Download a Copy' link. This will take you to the Download Your Information page on Facebook.
• Select 'Start My Archive' from the drop-down menu. When asked, enter your Facebook password again.
• Then, on the next screen, click the 'Start My Archive' button. You will receive two emails from Facebook. The first is a confirmation email from Facebook, alerting you that your request has been received.
• Within a few hours to several days, you'll receive a second email with a download link to your archive. If Facebook is unable to retrieve your archive, it will send you an email urging you to try again in three days.
