As per the Salesforce Global Digital Skills Index, India has the highest digital-ready score (63 out of 100) among 19 nations. In India, 72% of those polled claim they are actively pursuing technology capabilities to plan for the futureof business.

The Index is collected through a survey of over 23,500 employees from 19 nations, with a global preparedness score of 33 out of 100 as the average.
