- In a safe mode, open the Outlook app. To do so, simply hit the Windows + R keys on your keyboard. The Run box will appear.
- Type Outlook.exe /safe into the run box and hit Enter. You can now work in a secure environment.
- You must also disable the plug-ins. To turn them off, go to the File menu and select Options.
- Select Add-ins from the drop-down menu.

Windows Installation from Scratch
If your system checker is unable to locate the error files, you might try doing a fresh Windows installation. Before doing that, ensure proper backup of your data and important files so that they are not deleted during the process. You can try reinstalling outlook in case no solutions work for you.
