Follow these steps if iCloud email is not working
- Create a @icloud.com email account.
- Close iCloud for Windows and reopen it.
- Sign out and back in to iCloud for Windows if you still don't see the Mail option.
- Check that both iCloud.com and your iOS device can send and receive email.
- Outlook should be closed.
- Sign out and then back in to iCloud for Windows.
- Outlook should be restarted.
- You can obtain extra help with Outlook or contact Apple Support if you still can't send or receive mail.
