Outlook should be repaired. It's possible that the Outlook application has been harmed. To fix it, use the built-in Microsoft Office repair tool.

1. All Office programs should be closed.
2. To access the Control Panel, go to Start > Control Panel.
3. Select the Category View option.
4. Select Uninstall a Program from the Programs area.
5. Change may be found by right-clicking Microsoft Office and selecting Change.
6. Choose between Online Repair and Repair. If a user account control prompt appears, select Yes.
7. After the process is finished, restart Outlook.
