Follow these steps:
- To open the Outlook Options window, launch Outlook, pick 'File,' then 'Options' from the menu.
- To access advanced settings, click 'Advanced' in the left pane, then 'Send/Receive' in the Send and Receive section to enter the Send/Receive Groups window.
- To enter the 'Send/Receive Settings - All Accounts' window, choose the 'All Accounts' group from the Group Name list and then click the 'Edit' button.
- To stop Outlook from sending emails, uncheck the 'Send mail items' box in the Account Options section and then click 'OK.'
- To close all windows and return to the main Outlook window, click 'Close' and then 'OK.'
