  • Change the conversion settings for Adobe PDF in Word.
  •  Select 'Advanced Settings' from the drop-down menu.
  • At the upper left, select the 'Fonts' folder.
  • After that, perform the following: To begin, select the 'Embed all typefaces' checkbox. Second, make sure the textbox under 'Never Embed:' is absolutely empty. Save these settings; you're now ready to convert your Word document to a PDF document 
  • Select Preferences from the Acrobat ribbon in Word. Click Advanced Settings after selecting the Conversion Settings profile you want to use. Select 'Embed all typefaces' from the Fonts section.
