Steps to fix it.

  • To begin, double-check that the USB cord is securely attached to both the charging brick (charger) and your phone.
  • Examine your phone's charging port to make sure it's free of lint or dust. If the port is filthy, start by cleaning it.
  • If it still won't charge, try plugging it into a different (functioning) wall outlet.
  • If you have an Android phone, you should charge it for a time. The battery has been depleted to zero, which is one of the most prevalent reasons why many users' phones have died and won't switch on or charge.
  • In that scenario, we propose that you charge your phone for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours using the functional charger.
  • Force-restart your phone if it isn't working. To get your dead Android phone to restart, try one of these ways. For 8–10 seconds, press and hold the Power button. OR, For 8–10 seconds, press and hold the Power + Volume down (or up) buttons.
