- Disable your antivirus and see whether your browser's error disappears. If not, you can try another antivirus or contact customer service to resolve the issue. If your internet access is being banned, you can also turn off the Windows firewall, which may be blocking your connection.
- Restart your computer or device. It may appear easy, but it is sometimes all that is required to repair a faulty connection.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if restarting doesn't work: Tap Network & internet or Connections in the Settings app. These settings may differ depending on your device. Turn off Wi-Fi and turn on mobile data to see if there's a change. If not, turn off your mobile data and turn on your Wi-Fi, then check again.
- Tap Network & internet or Connections, then Airplane Mode in your Settings app. These settings may differ depending on your device. Activate the Airplane mode. Allow 10 seconds to pass. Turn off the aeroplane mode. Check to see if any connectivity issues have been resolved.
