- Check that your PC is linked to the orbilogin.com router or a LAN port. Open your browser and go to orbilogin.com to log in to your router, or use the Orbi 192.168.1.1 IP address. Use an Ethernet cable to connect to the wireless network.
- Using the default/current IP address, try accessing the orbilogin/admin page.
- Connect an Ethernet cable to the orbi router's port.
- Check that the modem is linked to the router's internet port.
- Ascertain that your Orbi WiFi gadget is linked to a working power supply.
- Cache memory is cleared
