The Formula One’s 1000th race title was won by “Lewis Hamilton”. The F1 race was the ‘Chinese Grand Prix’ in which he beat his teammate.

It was the 6th win by Lewis Hamilton in the Shanghai Race and was the defending champion as well. In addition to this, this win is the 75th Career victory for Lewis Hamilton. This win, lead him to the top of the Championship Standings. The win for Lewis is made the won for Mercedes. He beat his own teammate from Mercedes ‘Valtteri Bottas’ in the 1000th F1 World Championship Race.
However, the third rank was held by Ferrari’s driver ‘Sebastian Vettel’. The win for Lewis is the second win in a row after his lucky triumph in Bahrain. Lewis is just 16 victories short of Michael Schumacher’s all time high record of 91 wins.
Lewis is a five-time Formula One World Champion and is usually considered as the best driver of his generation and the greatest driver in the history of the F1 Sports. He has the maximum World Championship victories and the individual race victories as compared to any other British Formula One driver. Initially, he started his career with McLaren and after the very first he shifted towards Mercedes and still continuing his association with Mercedes.
At the age of 22years and 126 days, he became the Youngest Driver to lead the World Championship. He also made the record of winning maximum i.e. 3 Grand Slam in a single Season. The first win of his career was in the year 2007 and made the participation in the Canadian Grand Prix. He is the only and the first black driver who races in Formula One. At present time, his closest rival in the sport is Sebastian Vettel of Ferrari.
