Because of faulty or misconfigured network settings, particularly those related to cellular data, the iPhone sometimes reports no signal or network faults. Check that your iPhone's cellular data is turned on to make sure this isn't giving you any problems. Make sure the cellular data switch is switched on in your iPhone's Settings->Cellular.

If you're traveling overseas and experiencing issues with cellular data network services, go to Settings-> Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Data Roaming and ensure that the data roaming option is enabled.
