Steps to fix it:
- Connect your computer to your gadget.
- A USB or USB-C cable, as well as a Wi-Fi connection, can be used to connect your device. See Sync iTunes material on PC with Wi-Fi devices to enable Wi-Fi syncing.
- Click the Device button on the top left of the iTunes window in the iTunes software on your PC. In the left-hand sidebar, choose the sort of content you wish to sync (for example, music or TV shows).
- Pick the Sync checkbox, then select the objects you wish to sync automatically every time your device is connected.
- After you sync, the bar at the bottom of the window reveals how much free space is left on your device.
- When you attach your gadget to your computer, iTunes automatically syncs it. Do one of the following if you want iTunes to ask you before syncing:
- Before synchronising this device, require a prompt: Deselect 'Automatically sync when this [device] is connected' under Summary.
- Before syncing all devices, require a prompt: Select 'Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically' under Edit > Preferences, then 'Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically.'
- Click Apply when you're ready to sync.
- Tip: Choose File > Devices > Sync to automatically sync a connected device at any time.
