Remove the program and then reinstall it. Try removing and reinstalling the app if nothing else has worked. Sometimes all an app needs is a new start. You'll get the most recent version of the program if you do this. Keep in mind, though, that the applications that come pre-installed on your iPhone may not function properly.

All settings should be reset.  you may need to take more serious measures to restore functionality. The first option is to try resetting the settings on your iPhone.Your iPhone's data will not be deleted as of a result of this. It just restores the original state of some of your preferences and settings. After your applications have been updated again, you may change them back
