What was Trumans policy of containment

It is a geopolitical system to stop the development of an adversary. It is best known as a Cold War remote strategy of the United States and its partners to keep the spread of socialism. As a segment of the Cold War, this approach was a reaction to a progression of moves by the Soviet Union to build comrade impact in China, Korea, Africa, Vietnam, and Latin America.
