India and illegality are the two terms that can’t be differentiated with the eyes of humanity.
 
        What is illegal in India?

Overview

India, in its ancient time, was used to be a country full of slavery and lack of knowledge hence to control such people with the over professionalized English and its rule was an easy task. But if we talk from the current perspective there have been many changes in society. Now the percentage of literacy has also increased and the people are also aware of their rights and duties.
 Anything that goes beyond the limit of humanity is to be considered an illegal act.

Natural laws

In terms of the laws, we never punish the person who is acquitted from the court whether he was a plaintiff or the respondent. In ancient times when there were not any codified laws but there was only a ruler of the community that used to govern the whole community. If we go beyond the existence of humans we found that even the environment has a balancing system that is used to balance everything in nature. The presence of such laws in the universe is something that is known as natural laws.

Things that are illegal in India

Here in India we often talk about illegal acts or crimes. The means of such a word is crossing the boundaries of human behavior and humanity. There are many acts which are illegal specifically in India are given below.
  • Suicide- in India, suicide has been categorized under the crime and there is also a punishment has been given in IPC.
  • Pornography – the content related to pornography is illegal and hence the government has banned most of the content-providing sites in its channel.
  • Prostitution – in India, Prostitution also has been placed under the shadow of crime and anyone who is found in this crime will be liable to accept the punishment.
  • Child labour in India also has been categorised under the crime and also government has made specific act to restrict the Child laboring in country.
