The Rule of Law in any society is to provide equality and justice to all the people of the country.

Is there anything legal but immoral?

All the matter that has been written in the answer is not borrowed from any source of the internet. I have used my intuition and endorsed them in it. We are living in a democratic country and democratic countries that are well known for their nature of Rule of Law will be in the dominance category.
The Rules and Regulations vested in the Law statutes apply to every citizen of the country including the big politicians and businessmen, but we have seen many cases under which the rules became so poor that can’t afford the class of power to impose its jurisdiction in the Rich people and hence the Rule of Law fails to cover every aspect of people in its jurisdiction shadow. Hence it becomes so important to know-

Here to elaborate the Morality over Legality I would like to speak about the law statutes which are equal and comply with all and morally it is right but, whenever it comes it comes to the lawmakers they breached the law for their way of living.
In many cases, the Supreme Court of India has summoned the leaders to appear before the Court to address the case but they never mark their presence in the court and they think that they are superior to the law of the nation. The disrespectful act by the lawmakers in the democratic country is legal for them but it is immoral to all perspectives. Here it becomes so important to understand the nature and working of the apex court of the country-

The reality is sometimes different than the presentation, similarly, the enactment of the Rules and Regulations is more different than the nature it was coded while making them.
