"Ben Hogan"

William Ben Hogan who is who was an American professional golfer who won all the major world championships in 1959 despite a serious car accident in the year 1949. Born on August 13, 1912, Ben Hogan is been considered as one of the best golfers in the history of Golf. He was renowned for his exceptional swing theory and ball hitting ability.

He solely won 10 tournaments including the U.S. Open and his 8-under par score which he scored in the year in 1948 U.S. Open set a tournament record that was matched only by Jack Nicklaus in 1980, Hale Irwin in 1990, and Lee Janzen in the year 1993. However, Tiger Woods later broke his record in the year 2003 as he scored 12 under pars score.

From the year 1938 to 1959 Ben Hogan won 63 professional golf tournaments despite been hit with a serious car accident his career got disturbed. He also served in the U.S Army Air Forces as a utility pilot at the peak time of World War II.
